Hello... I was wondering if I can still get a manual for the Oneida Eagle Aero-Force recurve bow I have? I found it a couple of weeks ago, but I have not been able to find them online anymore. Also, I would like to shorten the draw length... what do I need to do so? Thanks!!!

Brian

I am new to Oneida Bows. I believe I have a strike eagle. I need to order some parts for it, but do not know the proper terminology. Do you have a chart or diagram for this bow so i know what i need to order.

Our tech/charts and manuals section of the forum is being worked on at this time. Apologies.
If you send me your contact info and phone number in an email I can send you a service dvd and give you a call to go over what you need at this time.

I have 3 Oneida bows: 1 Strike Eagle and 2 Screaming Eagle bows. Can you send me a service DVD that covers each of these bows? Not too many bow shops in this area know anything about them. I have been doing most of the maintenance myself. The nearest dealer is in Peoria Az which is 60 miles from my home.

thanks

So let me get this straight you can change the draw length of the h500 by changing the string, yoke and powercable and that it? is that all and how are they sold by the pair or single cable?

Making the changes to your oneida H500 draw length and weight vary depending on which bow your starting with for specs and which you are looking to make the bow into. But yes many times on oneida bows with the nylon or alloy cams that are draw length specific by changing the power cables you can change draw weight and draw length. On oneida bows that have cams with modules those oneida bows draw length ranges are longer with out these modifications.
The cost of doimg whatever you need to do will vary on exactly what parts you need. Power and yoke cables with a string will run about seventy dollars.

The Oneida H500 is draw length specific. And your bow being a 28/29 and you wanting a 27/28 would require a cam, power and yoke cable change.
What draw length you looking for ?
You may be able to get what you need from Oneida H500 by adjusting the brace height to the higher side of the specs.
If not we have cams and cables for the draw length you are looking for.
Here is the link to the oneida H250/H500 manual for your bow

If there is anything else you need you can also call 207 629 9365.

Hope this helps Joe
