Order and Shipping Policies

PLACING ORDERS: For your convenience, use our website for your order anytime 24 hours a day/seven days a week. You can email us or call our lever action bow techs at (207) 629-9365 or (207) 441-3875 for orders and advice. If you are not sure what you want, please ask, and we will gladly answer your questions. Average shipping time is 3 to 10 days depending on distance and shipping method chosen.

TERMS OF SALE: all orders must be prepaid. We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards. Orders may also be prepaid with a cashiers check or money order. Credit cards are preferred as they are convenient and fast. We are here to help you.

REFUNDS: No cash refunds will be issued; credit for future purchases will be applied.

SHIPPING: We ship UPS ground or express services. Any orders, express or ground, received after 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time may not be shipped until the next business day.

SHORTAGES: any shortages or discrepancies with any order must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

SHIPMENT DAMAGES: Do not accept cartons that have been damaged. Notify the carrier and have damages noted on the delivery receipt.

Please remove all accessories and cable guard from bows prior to shipping. All warranty returns must be accompanied with a letter stating the reason for the return. Services and specifications subject to change without notice.

RESTOCKING FEE: A restocking fee of 15% will be charged against orders returned.

UNPAID POLICY: Bows finished and ready for pickup that remain unpaid and left here over ten days will be charged 5 dollars per day and can be sold at American Eagle Bows discretion to cover costs after six months.
